By using our unique tried and trusted syllabus which we have developed, which is a simple step by step technique which will assist and equip you with your learning skills, attitude and behavior aspects, all of which are important to be a safe driver.

The first thing to bear in mind is if you learn to drive in an automatic car. You’ll only be allowed to drive automatic cars going forward whereas if you learn in a manual you can choose whether you want to drive a manual .A manual license covers both types of cars while an automatic license only covers automatic cars.

Learning to drive in a manual car takes longer. If you’re learning manual you just have more to learn such as clutch control and shifting gears; these aren’t features of an automatic car so there’s less to master.

All of our instructors teach in a friendly, supportive, encouraging style and are experts in designing a bespoke learning experience to suit how you will benefit most from your hours behind the wheel.

If you need to learn quickly due to a job or just want to get on the road, automatic is the way forwards, as is proven takes in some cases half the time and therefore half the cost than learning in a manual vehicle. Remember if you pass in an Automatic, you can always come back and do Manual another time in the future, however most people do not as they feel very comfortable in the Automatic vehicles, as less stress.

Benefits of Manual Car

  • Manual driving lessons are cheaper than automatic driving lessons.
  • If you pass your driving test in a manual vehicle you are eligible to drive both automatic and manual cars.
  • Manual transmission cars tend to be cheaper than automatics. Choosing to buy a manual car over an automatic saves you money.
  • In icy conditions a manual car can offer greater control and so perform better when roads are slippery or dangerous.
